Got that from wiki. they have difficulties in breathing, sinus infections, poor growth, diarrhea, and infertility.

one of the causes is genetic but there are cases wherein the child developed with defective genes in the womb.

Most people with CF have problems breathing and may need the assistance of an oxygen tank.

cystic fibrosis is caused by a defective gene. we can have this defective gene and not know it. if a male has one defective gene and the woman has one defective gene then there is a 25% chance that one of their kids would inherit both genes and have CF. Their other kids would either be carriers like them or not inherit the gene at all.
