i think i'm exhibiting early signs of osteoporosis... do i really need to be diagnosed for it and get medication? or would drinking milk for women already suffice?

though drinkin milk or taking calcium supplements are helpful, it may not be enough. osteoporosis can be caused by different factors. you really need to go and see your doctor.

yes! your bone density should be measure. One thing i suggest is eating fish! it's reach of calcium!!! don't drink vitamin C since calcium will be cancelled by vit c.

How old are you? My pediatrician said that we stop storing calcium from milk when we turn 25. So after this you spend all the calcium you store. So perhaps if you are younger than 25 you can still stock up your "bone bank".
