A new study shows that infants may be at a greater risk of developing a peanut allergy if their mothers ate peanuts while they were pregnant, according to a report in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

Really? My mom craved for peanuts when I was a baby but I never had allergies with peanut.

Each of us has different body reactions with the food that we eat. Probably the studies implies that most of the moms gets peanut allergies because they are allergic to the peanuts in the first place.

I agree with s3v3ns3v3n. Maybe some of us gets peanut allergies only when we get pregnant and eventually it will be gone after we give birth.
