how do you know that your child is exhibiting bully behavior? when is too aggression too much?

for me any form of agression is bad. kids should not be agressive unless provoked. kids are generally mild tempered but and only react with what they see. if they see agressiveness all the time then they become agressive too.

for me kids are usually happy. when they are agressive this is because they want something like attention.

bully behavior to me is just like vying for attention but someone has to pay the price, in this case the one being bullied.

if they have a short temper then it is probably a sign.

if he starts verbally or physically abusing other kids then this is too much agression in my opinion.

i sometimes see my son bullying my younger daughter and then gets mad when he does not get his way. i just think that my son is too aggressive. however he only behaves this way with his sister. i have yet to see him get agressive with a stranger.

i think you need to stop this before it gets worse. it might be just his sister for now but you will never know. to be on the safe side, stop this while you can.

i agree with emma_54. if he thinks he can get away with it now then he might start thinking that he will be able to do so in other situations.

why is it that he starts bullying her? if you can get to the root of the problem then this bullying behavior will stop. for me it is also cause and effect.

anything hurtful is a form of bullying. it does not have to be physical. it can be verbal as well.
