Mother's Day Recipes: Fruit Salad

Fruit salads are easy and refreshing. You can also use different types of fruit from the same family, like a melon salad with watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe. This is a perfect recipe for kids to prepare for mom.

  • Fresh pineapple, cut into chunks (or 1 can of pineapple chunks)
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 orange, peeled and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, sliced in half

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and toss until thoroughly blended. Keep refrigerated until serving.
