Mix cookie crumbs and butter in a bowl; press firmly onto bottom of your pan.

Beat sugar, vanilla and cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until the ingredients are blended well.

Add in melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until blended. Pour the mixture over the crust.

Additionally, you may also decorate your cake with a heart-shaped design using a heart-shaped stencil and sprinkling the top of the cake with baking powder.

Bake cheesecake for 55 to to 60 minutes or until center is almost set.

In order to loosen cake, run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours or refrigerate overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
