hi all! A friend of my friend just gave birth and I tagged along when we went to see her in the hospital. I was kind of "surprised" to see her child having "bump" in the head.. it was really soft to touch.. and of course since she is not my direct friend I was kind of hesitant to ask.. they didn't seem to be alarmed though.. anyway, i'm wondering if anyone has any idea of what it was?... just curious...

it can be a lot of things. there's this thing they call as "hematoma" i believe. but it usually just goes away. It happens when there's bleeding inside... ofcourse the doctor would also need to assess it to check what it really is.
