my baby is constipated! what do i give him to make his stool softer?

cara_donnie - December 21st, 2010 3:56 AM

papaya is good. but give him lots of water everyday so that he wont be constipated.

itsmejoan - December 22nd, 2010 4:16 AM

water is good enough.

TWINKLE - December 26th, 2010 12:58 AM

if he is old enough for oatmeal then this is good too. so are fruits rich in fiber.

annabelle - December 29th, 2010 3:29 AM

how about mashed grapes or oatmeal? these are rich in fiber.

pepper222 - December 29th, 2010 4:32 AM

water is fine. but if it's really a hard stool then a check-up is needed?

eviemccoy - December 29th, 2010 4:14 PM

try prunes, pears and peaches! they always work for us.

"try prunes, pears and peaches! they always work for us."

this works for adults too... LOL!

how old is your baby? i think ther is laxative that you can ask from your doctor. if he is old enough to eat then i think foods rich in fiber will help him with his constipation.
