do you clean your babies gums? my mom told me to use cheese cloth but i just use a clean piece of cloth diaper to wipe off gunk from her gum. is this OK?

me too. i dont know where to get cheese cloth anyway...hahahah! but yeah baby cloth nappies and distiled water is what i use to clean baby's gum after feeding or eating.

a moistened washcloth would already do. just make sure it's clean though! lol! and you just have to gently massage the gums....
