i truly believe the giving your baby the complete immunizations needed is very important and helpful to their growth. and it is for their health. it may hurt us seeing our child getting shots with those needles but we, as parents are doing the right thing. even if it costs us much.

most children especially those ones in 3rd World countries don't even have a single shot of vaccine. this is pretty sad. yeah, you're right, Chels. every mom should see to it that their child is immunized. i saw an old episode in Dr. House the other day, the woman suffered a chronic illness because her mom forgot to have her vaccinated when she was still a baby. ):

i totally agree! i hope that the world health organization, government and other NGO's will be united to help those poor countries. so that those children can live a healthy life. i'm sure it'll be a big help for them.

Fully immunizing your child according to the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics can help protect your child from many common infections. These infections can lead to serious and even life threatening complications. Although the vaccines may have mild side effects and more rarely, serious complications, in general, it is safer to immunize your children than allow them to get any of the infections that they prevent.

COMPLETE immunization for your child is a HUGE YESSSS! That is so important for your child's health and growth. It will truly help lessen the infections.

Immunization (vaccination) is a way of creating immunity to certain diseases by using small amounts of a killed or weakened microorganism that causes the particular disease.

Microorganisms can be viruses, such as the measles virus, or they can be bacteria, such as pneumococcus. Vaccines stimulate the immune system to react as if there were a real infection — it fends off the "infection" and remembers the organism so that it can fight it quickly should it enter the body later.

please take note of this.
