if you trust the service then i dont think you would need a nanny cam. just make sure you get the right person for the job and interview the nanny carefully and personally. if you feel that the person is right and he or she comes with the right creds then I dont think it would be a problem. |

While it is ideal that we look after our own children, practically sometimes we would really need assistance form another care provider. I suggest you make a background check. You can also observe the nanny for a few days and see if your kids are comfortable with her. |

I agree. My sister now works part time after being laid off. So I ask her to watch my kids but I pay her so that she can earn some money too. |
