My baby has diaper rash and most mothers advise to use petroleum jelly for it but I'm afraid it is not working for my baby. The rash is still there, it's so red and it looks painful. Anybody who has the same experience as this? Other alternatives?

have you tried using powder for it? sometimes pet jelly will make the rash hot and may result to serious allergy. just make sure also that your baby's skin not allergic to the jelly.

Hmmm... petroleum jelly works for my baby's diaper rash. Maybe there is something that irritates such rash. Try to have it check with your doctor.

i don't go for petroleum jelly especially to a baby's skin which we knew that is very sensitive and delicate. look for a powder instead that has a label which concentrates on baby rash.
