when i had my oldest i had a small crib in our room. this makes it easier for me to hear him. but when i had my other kids i already knew what to do so they had their own rooms with baby monitors. |

i put them in the nursery. this way i get enough sleep to power me up for the day. |

they have a separate room with a baby monitor so that I can hear them. I also keep the door unlocked in case the other kids need us. |

its in a separate room. but there are times when the baby sleeps with us. like KathyV said, you're just too exhausted to move sometimes. |
