how do you remove that "yellowish, scaly" stuff (i don't know how it's called)) out from your baby's scalp? it looks just like dandruff... is it because of the soap? I have tried 2 kinds of soaps already but it still didn't go away... any suggestions?

... i'm not really sure but i think it will just improve on it's own as your baby grows. I see it on most babies, I guess it's just normal...

That condition is called a cradle cap.
Izzy is right, it will go away on it's own. but cradle cap can also be treated by frequent use of an antiseborrheic shampoo, such as Selsun Blue, and then using a soft brush to remove the scales.
