im really having a hard time believing that my kid has acute autism... i can't imagine how he will be bullied in school.

Why not send him to a special education school? This way he will receive the correct attention from certified professionals and he will be with other kids with the same disability.

I think it is better if you let him be with kids that are also like him. It is your duty as a parent to give them the best help available and keeping him from school will only worsen his conditions. There are special education teachers who specialize with this condition. If you cannot afford to send him to a special education school, there is financial assistance from most state institutions who are able to help.

He needs special care and should be in a special school. This is hard to face but you need to do it for the sake of your child. Dan Marino's kid is autistic but is doing just fine. It is more challenging yes, but think of how you would feel when he succeeds in doing something!

I agree with the above. With autism early intervention is the solution. The earlier they get diagnosed and are help, the better their chances are in the real world!
