What needs to be done if a person will get an electric shock? My son is very fond of using or playing around with electrical wires in the hopes of becoming an inventor... I'm just a bit hesistant with this hobby of his...

too bad electricity is already invented. lol!there are mechatronics (robots) kit that your kid can play with... im pretty sure he wont be electrocuted...

the first thing that very inventor needs to know is how to be safe, so i think its our responsibility to teach our children on what or what not to do. Electricity is very harmful kids should be supervised whenever they "play" with it,

Firstly don't let him play with wires. Next if he insists make sure that the wires are unplugged. Then perhaps you can buy him an erector set. It's construction but it has nuts, bolts, pulleys and electric motors but he's a boy so hopefully it wont make a big difference.
