i am concerned about my child might be a victim of bullies in school. he is very silent and can easily be dominated by other children. i don't know why he is like that and i'm afraid it will be held against him in school by other children.

i think you have to start with the kind of school that you want your child to go. try doing some research on the background of the school, their records for stuffs or situation like that and how they handled it. that way you can entrust your children with them.

You should have a consistent monitoring of your child's status in school. You can ask his teacher for updates so as not be be left behind. If there are possibilities then it can be taken cared of earlier.

help him out to boost his confidence and always approach teachers if anything happens like bullying.

i do monitor him in school and even wait for him until the class is dismissed. i sometimes feel that i am too paranoid with it. i talked to his teacher and she said that there is nothing to worry about but i am not convinced.
