Want to share with you a great article about reading and think this is the best place to post and to say goodbye to the preschool board as Nate is starting Kindergarten tomorrow.

i do not force my child to read and to learn it right away. i would not give him the angst of putting himself on the brink of "torture feeling" to learn as fast as he could. what i do is giving him separate time to play and read interesting stories about his favorite cartoon show and fun, educational books like animals so he could enjoy looking at the pictures at the same time.

the first stage of your child to learn is just right inside the house. it's important that we nurture our kids how important a person should know how to read and write. by giving reading materials, you can teach them to explore it by their own and if you see them with no interest, then you can help teach them how to.

Helpful articles. A child's brain is very sensitive and it is best developed when naturally done. Meaning it should not be forced or pressured to learn things like for example reading. It is gradually done in school at the right age.

making them familiar with the alphabet and how the letters sounds would help them learn reading easier.
