as a parent, particularly a mom, how are you going to help your child get the best out of every morning preparing for school activities?

i will always make sure that the breakfast i am preparing is healthy and delicious. this makes the day complete!

putting up the morning wake-ups in mood. i love cooking nutritious breakfast and i send my child my special sandwich.

the best start of the day would be giving my 6 y/o son a glass of milk and his most favorite raspberry muffins. he loves to eat cookies, so i give him something that would keep him going like energy cookies those same of energy bars.

fruits, i see to it that i prepare a platter of different fruits like mangoes, bananas and apple. a breakfast with fruit juice will keep a child hydrated all day long.

i am particular with giving my daughter the right amount of healthy diet breakfast and at the same time, i send her delicious snacks to make her feel excited and interested going to school.

i know that breakfast is very important for kids but of course let us not forget to give them the vitamins and supplements they need. growing years are very important for them and yet food alone cannot give all the nutrients a child's body needs.

i agree with you, kids need vitamins and minerals that will support their growing years aside from the breakfast we prepare for them.

cook a healthy veggie lasagna at night and baked it the following morning when you wake-up before your child gets up. this will make every morning more exciting.

sometimes it's hard for us to give them junkies which we all know it is not nutritious and will never help our kids. but it is also important that we do not deprived our kids with their likes and it doesn't mean all the time, say once every week, like a treat for them.

do you believe an apple a day keeps the doctor away? of course i do, that's why i never forget to let her bring apple before going to school. yoghurt is also nutritious that will help having digestion problems.

pawnee - November 10th, 2010 7:15 PM

our kids are very energetic when they are at school or simply playing around outdoors. so as much as possible, i make it sure my child brings water or fruit juice when going to school and to drink 6 glasses of water everyday.

be sure that you are giving your kids a great weekend outing ahead before the school days starts to let them not think about getting bored going to school. sometimes they need also to unwind and so that they will not feel a lot of pressure when school days come.

set your child's mood starting from giving him a good morning wake-up and of course a well prepared breakfast on the table. be sure he wears a clean and comfortable clothes or uniform so he won't get uneasy in school.
