there are booster shots for hepatitis and other diseases that are recommended at this age too. just visit your pediatrician. these booster shots will help with your kids immune system.

I agree with elizabeth. make sure all their shots are complete. this is very important for health and immunity.

i think there are immune boosters that you can get from the pediatrician. you can also get their shots updated there. some moms (like me) sometimes forget about the booster shots which are very important especially in school aged kids since they are exposed to more germs at school.

just make sure that your kids take VitC everyday. this is the king of vitamins and can really help with the immune system.
