my youngest 18 months baby girl learned to talk early, but recently when we ask her something she would say no fr an answer. is this tantrums or is this normal for babies?

it could be both. but more so, she is exhibiting a characteristic of what we call as "terrible twos". It is her way of showing that she can decide for herself. Allow her to get more options that way she can make a decision without necessarily saying no.

maybe she's just saying no for the heck of it. she's young so perhaps she's just mimicking you or other members of your family.
