my husband and I both have blue eyes. i noticed that when the kids were born they all had black colored eyes that became blue-er as they got older. is this change in eye color in infants normal?

i think it is normal for babies to have dark colored eyes and then turn lighter as they get older.

i never noticed this before. all my kids have brown eyes like my husbands and mine.

i did not notice this before too. I have brown eyes and my husband's is blue. The kids both have brown eyes.

we both have blue eyes so when we had our babies they also had blue ones. we did notice that they were a bit darker compared to the light blue they now have.
