I want one that the baby can face towards me or also face out... but definitely not a sling because I have one and she doesn't like it... she likes to be in a sitting up position. She's 5 weeks. Like a baby bjorn style one but I was hoping to not have to spend that much, they're a bit more expensive. Any suggestions?

you can do maya or moby wrap for your baby in which you can choose whether to let her face outward or facing at you in a sitting position.

there is also a baby carrier similar to bjorn, it's like a backpack or a front and hip carriers where there are some not as expensive as bjorn.

We got an Infantino Easy Rider carrier for like $20 at Wal-Mart and my little one loved it! It faces forwards and backwards too.

Well I got the cheaper baby carrier from walmart and it sucks! my son is now almost 3 months and its way too small. it hurts him after a while, it cuts into his legs. needless to say im not using it anymore. I've only uesd it maybe 10 times! not worth it.. I'm about to sew a ringsling for him.

Look around. I found a sale online the other day for a red Bjorn for half price.

We love our Bjorn. My husband can use it as easily as I can, it's strong, comfortable, and washable. I will be sad when my daughter outgrows it.

We use the Snuglie, I'm pretty sure Evenflo makes it. My daughter can face us or forward and it can also go on like a back pack.

I feel like I found the best carrier in the world. I stopped using my stroller!!! I have tried Chico Infanto and Bjorn and nothing made me more comforable then my ERGO!!! I went to a county fair and carried my daughter around for 8 hours on my front and it did not bother my back at all. They are expensive but so worth it... You can also put it on your side too. I can now even push a shopping cart while carrying her. I am free to shop confortably!
