at what age can a baby be able to see? i am curious of my baby's development because she might be developing behind the normal baby.

I think in 2 months they can only recognized the colors black, red, and white. You can test it by standing in front of the baby without any sound and move to the right and left and their eyes should follow your direction.

Is that so? I thought babies can see as early as 1 week. That is why they can't respond to our cuddles right away because they can't see our face.

Yeah you will notice that their eyes are not yet so clear and once they are already clear it is an indication that they can already recognize colors.
