is being a mother deprives you from your usual shopping treats? for me, yes, it absolutely deprives me. one day i looked at my closet and realize that all my stuffs were almost 3 quarters old. i usually buy something new for myself every month and put away old stuffs every 2 months...:(

what is the reason for the deprivation, is it time or financial issues?

it happens to all mothers especially when they are not active from socializing and they have been a stay at home mom since they got married and with kids. sometimes giving yourself some treats will ease you the insecurities of the outside world. do not forget to treat yourself once in a while, say once every month even a small one will do.

i think both time and budget. but i can always look for cheap and nice items, maybe it's more on the time to go out and shop.

if it is the time constraint then try online shopping. it is easier but be careful with scammers. try ebay or other reliable sites for such.

i still manage to shop and break free from the daily routine i have but it's like once every week or thrice a month. still enjoys it after having an overload chores but it's ok. :)

yes it somehow gives you that feeling of holding back with those things that you enjoyed the most. but i see to it that i don't really deprived myself from enjoying even once or twice a month of shopping spree.

NEW TECHNOLOGY IN SHOPPING IS SHOPPING ONLINE AND I AM NOT REALLY COMFORTABLE WITH IT.

I AM NOT A MOTHER AND NEVER WILL BE SO MY SHOPPING TIME IS STILL THE SAME...:) THE ONLY THING IS I HAVE TO BUY THINGS FOR MY NEPHEWS AND NIECES SO IT MEANS MORE EXPENSES..:( BUT I AM FINE WITH IT.
