I'm a 34-year old woman, I'm married but to no luck, we still haven't conceived a child. We are thinking of adopting a kid but i have apprehensions about the child's development. Do you think adoption can cause a significant negative effect to the child?

i think the love we give to our adopted child is the same lovig care we give to our own kids, so whatever the negative effects of it, it will pass.
so go ahead process those papers...

Treat the adopted child the same as you would a birth child by providing the same expectations, the same nurturing and support.

when is the proper age to tell an adopted kid that he is so?
my kid now is 9 yr old.

whats the easiest way to make the kid understand?
