did you lose your weight right after pregnancy? what are the tips to be able to gain back your weight?

korina - November 14th, 2010 9:07 AM

it is really hard though to gain back your weight especially when you seem to be a big-boned type of woman. but just don't go over losing weight after giving birth, wait till your baby reaches one year.

i gained a lot with my first baby and it caused me too much depression although i already expected it right before i gave birth. it was just to my dismay that it's so hard for me now to lose some.

when i am six-month old pregnant, i already started to watch over to what i eat. it's a health diet to balance it all and this will also help you not to feel the hardship upon delivery.

yes my doctor also told me that and i did it at the last trimester of my pregnancy. i do brisk walking during early in the morning and i eat much of high-potassium and fiber-rich foods.

i had gained about 32lbs during my pregnancy and oh so hard to deal with that weight because i used to be so skinny an petite. well losing weight varies from every woman so doing diet after giving birth has no guarantee at all.

before you plan to conceive, you should first put yourself on diet and just to eat healthy foods so you won't gain weight that much.

after giving birth, gaining back my weight is the first goal and it took me like 1-1/2 yrs before i started the goal. it's hard especially when you're to point where you need starve yourself just to have that body again.

i did diet after giving birth, it was actually a crash diet but sadly after 5 months of trying, i lose it all, i feel tired, exhausted and i can't continue to do it anymore. after the trying, my weight doubled and it was really awful.

i am 55lbs before i get pregnant. when i found out that i am pregnant, the dramatic change of my weight added up by 30lbs. after giving birth, i tried to set meals accordingly to control those foods and junkies that are needed and went from 85lbs to 62lbs and still is ok. ;)

CHAVIE - November 14th, 2010 1:41 PM

so tired of dieting and it is not getting any better after all. in addition to that, i become very lazy due to my work demand and the task everyday i have to focus as a mom and a wife.

done water therapy, more on fruits and veggies, some sort of poultry meat and of course i eat fish a lot. i don't do regular exercise but i am active at home with the daily chores.

they say it is really hard to lose weight after giving birth. is it possible that it will just come off naturally over the time?

HELEENA - November 14th, 2010 2:02 PM

i don't think so unless if you are born with gifted well-shaped body and that even if you gave birth, you weight just comes off back to normal.

valerity - November 14th, 2010 2:09 PM

i got pregnant at a very young age and luckily lost my weight as quick as i thought maybe it took only about 4-6 months.

erica - November 14th, 2010 2:14 PM

avoid eating junkies and going to fast-food chains, eat healthy as much as possible and while conceiving to avoid any extra weight gained.
