which is a better diet? low fat high protein or low carb high protein?

i love carbs but they cause too much weight gain. so i would go for the low carb high protein.

how about SoCal diet? it is low fat, no carb and high in protein.

if you want to diet i think low fat is better. this way you wont need to sweat it out... :)

i like low carb diet. carb is yummy but it really makes you gain weight!

im not really particular about the diet. so long as i dont over eat and exercise regularly.

low fat and low carb with high protein works best. the protein can help melt the stored fat and convert it to muscles.

i dont think its in the diet style. i think people lose wieght and lose it because they change their whole lifestyle and choose to live healthier.

any diet as long as it is balanced is OK with me. Exercise to speed up the process.
