as mothers we should remain healthy for our children and should not just leave ourselves with no vitamins. what are the vitamins that we need to take to stay healthy? those vitamins that will keep us away from common sickness. share it here.

THE MOST COMMON VITAMINS ARE VITAMIN C AND A. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE THE MULTIVITAMIN. JUST TAKE NOTE THAT THESE VITAMINS ARE NOT ENOUGH, YOU STILL HAVE TO TAKE ENOUGH REST AND EAT HEALTHY MEALS.

thanks karen! yeah i do take multivitamin but i still feel weak. maybe because of not enough rest. i don't have time to exercise too...:(

I can relate to having no time to exercise and have longer rest because of work. I do take vitamins but I know it is not enough. Plus the food I eat are all processed and instant just to save time. I feel so unhealthy.

i do take supplementary vitamins and a special vitamins that is non-ascorbic so i won't get fat at the same time.

i don't particularly have any vitamins to take or maintain. but everyday, i drink like 3-5 cups of green tea, it's actually a cleansing for well-being.

that is my major problem, i don't usually take vitamins. i don't know if it has something to do with my acid reflux thingy, but every time i take one, i puke it out.

Yes, there are people who are not use to take in tablets or capsules because they puke it. You can try the liquid form vitamins or the healthy fruit drinks with vitamins. In my case, I just take in food supplement because I feel energize taking a cup a day.
