Im afraid that my kid is being bullied at school, how can i get him to speak up so I would know.

Well what i did is to be build my kids confidence and discipline, the best way to do it it enroll it to a martial arts class.
observe your kid if there is a sudden change like he's now too silent.

or better ask their teacher the next time you'll have a PTA.
