i always have a problem with my 6 year old toys, he does not know how to organize them and when i ask his if we can donate some i always get a no. how can i have him donate his toys?

you don't really have to explain to your kids, all you have to do is to show them pictures of how lucky they are and tell them the situation of thiose kids in the picture, he will learn to give them his toys.

You can find stories that may relate to learning the lesson of giving. You know how kids idolize fictional characters and how they would want to make it real. You can set that as an example :)
