Watching TV in school nights is not prohibited but should be limited. But what if your child is watching too much Criminal shows or series? Is it alarming or alright?

its really alarming, we never knew he can learn from it, he's too young for that kind of series try changing it to series that are good for their age bracket

its not right to let your child watch that kind of series, try to let him watch series from Nickelodeon they have nice series too

There is a reason why shows have ratings such as PG, GP or R at the start. These guide the parents whether to let their children watch the show or not because of the content. As a parent the decision rest on our shoulders.

Not all shows that deal with crime, CSI for example, have bad effects. IMO, if the child is at an age where he understands right from wrong, good and evil, then perhaps as parents we can guide them. Such TV series show that good triumphs over evil. That bad guys will be punished.

I think its the responsibility of the parents if we let our kids watch these kinds of genres, it needs adult supervision and we need to be adults. its ok to have them watch it but explain ater the movie or show what happen, its one way of connecting with your kids and teachin hem at the sametime.
