not to buy in the cafeteria. i'd go with packed lunches. we would know what our children is eating. healthier.

everybody in the house is busy so buying in the cafeteria is an option. but when their a chance and time to make lunch, then, packed lunch.

alternate every other week. buy in a week in the cafeteria. buy food in the groceries with your child.

Variety and balance packed lunch for a kid. Make sure to have your child bring water and juice.

School Lunches must be nutritious and balance. we don't have to keep on packing sandwiches for lunch for our children. if parents don't have the time to prepare, let your child buy food in the caf.
