Summer Recipes: Sundried Tomato and Garlic Dip
The perfect complement to any summer meal!

Ingredients
- 1 tub (250 g) of cream cheese spread
- 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip dressing
- 1/2 cup of sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Mix all of the above ingredients until they are well blended.
Serve with crackers and/or fresh vegetables, such as celery, carrots or fennel.
